The original copyright to these images will remain with Vince LeMaster Photography. Any editing, altering, cropping out signature/copyright or adjusting colors of images without the permission of Vince LeMaster Photography is strictly prohibited. Any changes or alterations to the images without permission will be in direct violation of Federal Copyright Law.

Low Resolution & Instant Download digital files with "Web Image" near the signature are only to be used on Social Media and Websites. If a Low Resolution "Web Image" is found in any form of printed publication or personal prints, the person who printed the image will be sent an invoice for the High Resolution Digital Image. The invoice will need to be paid within 30 days of the date on the invoice. If the invoice is not paid in full, the infringement of the copyright will be sent to the U.S. Copyright Office and all legal repercussions will follow.

Any images that need to be sent to a publication or graphic designer for advertisement purposes need to be purchased as a High Resolution Digital image.

Vince LeMaster Photography is not liable for the print quality when printed for personal use. Professional print labs are recommended for reproduction. For a list of trusted printing labs, please contact us via email.

With the exception of publication images, estimated delivery of prints and digital images is 2-4 weeks. If you would like to upgrade to rush email delivery or overnight shipping, please select the $30 rush fee with digital images in the shopping cart, or choose the overnight shipping option when checking out.
